I have stopped keeping track of how far behind I am in my BarBri course.  I fell behind right out of the gate because I had back surgery four days before the class started.[1]  The schedule looked manageable on paper.  Three and a half hours of online lecture a day for five days and some practice questions.  Seemed reasonable so I told my in-laws they did not need to watch Graham the week after my surgery.  After all, he went to daycare during the day so I could still get a nap in after listening to the lecture.

Five days after I let that ship sail, I took my first practice test.  Torts.  Ick.

Survive Law School Finals

I am here to help.  I hope. 

As I embark on my first summer law school final, I reminded myself that I wrote down a list of ideas last May following my fourth time through law school finals.  Law school finals are, in a word, stressful.  So much that I dedicated a chapter in my book to first semester finals.  Many of my suggestions are still relevant each semester, but there are additional survival tricks I’ve picked up along the way.
